Hi guys,

I have heard people say that Molag Kena shoulders can be found in both silver and gold undaunted chests, but on a ESO wiki it says that you can only get them from gold pledges. Who do I believe? I'm desperate for that shoulder piece!!!

You can get it in silver too. Was a recent change they made to get more people to do silver pledges.

I've personally got a Blue V16 Molag Kena shoulder from a silver pledge box.

Is the drop rate the same (between gold and silver chests)? Does anyone know any numbers or is ZOS keeping them secret? I've got 5 monster shoulders so far but no Kena. Is the drop rate of Kena the same as the others monster shoulders?

My medium Devines came in a blue key. And Nerenith. What is false info is the belief that the helm drops on normal. Which is a fat lie. I will never accept this as truth unless I see video evidence.

Yeah I have never seen the helm dropping from normal. Also there was a rumor that helm would drop in the vault. Never seen that either.

I suspect that the drop rate is lower for the silver key.

Molag Helm only drops from VWGT, and good luck finding your shoulders OP in the trait that you wish, took me a good while to get mine, but was ecstatic when I finally got it hehe.

Eso wiki is not up to date on this. Since IC shoulders also can looted with silver keys, but lower chance and only blue quality i think

To be honest I couldn't care less for the trait. As long as I get it for the spell damage bonus I'm happy. I don't mind healthy. I would then keep on looking for the right trait but at least I would have on set of shoulders already.

The MK shoulder definitely drops from silver chests, in blue quality.
I got a light Divines piece from a silver chest a while back.

But yeah - it may take opening a lot of chests or you might get lucky and get it fast. I guess it all comes down to this lovely RNG.

Mk sholders and helm with divines or infused not exist for me. 300 chst open, 200 kill kena no drop. Good luck with RNG.

I got medium, blue, divines kena shoulders in silver chest. My first pledge on my dk was a silver and that was what I got. I also got blue lord warden ones. Both v16, the only difference was they were blue, not purple.

Day after IC dropped, silver key = kena shoulder divines

^ day one silver key. Wiped on vet prison straight away and did it on normal and boom got the perfect shoulders.

Healthy, Magicka, & Stamina are the 'enchant'. Well-fitted, Training, Divines, Infused, etc, are 'traits'. And yes, shoulders can drop in silver chests, but at a lower chance and only blue quality (as others have mentioned).

Yeah I have a blue one from a silver chest, the day after I got a purple one from a gold chest.

On my first 25 silver and gold keys in months, on the first few silver keys I got this...blue VR16. All my dungeon runner friends in ESO hate me now, I never get any helms though, not one for any set or boss.

It's light armor divines which perfectly fit's my build and the last thing I needed.

I also got Valkyn Skoria, Engine Guardian and loads of other shoulders, with good and bad traits.

Yes all in a silver chest. Lower chance but face it the regular pledge takes like 10mins and we'll worth a punt. Not like a pug group trying COA or COH.

You'd be surprised actually.. in about 5-8 pledges, I've got 2 shoulders (v16, okay-ish traits) from silver boxes and absolutely nothing from gold boxes. $:\$

So I have more faith in the silver boxes now and I don't even care if my random PUG group fails the gold options, because silver is lucky in my eyes.
