Sheer Venom Set - Set bugged?

I recently tested Sheer Venom, it used to proc on several targets. Now it only procs on max 1 target every 6s. Which means the set is 100% useless.
Is this intended? @ZOS_GinaBruno @Seiffer

Seems like the cooldown got changed from each enemy to an overall cooldown.

I am also curious about this set. The obvious thing to do with this set would be to spam Steel Tornado. Was it reduced to 1 target intentionally because of Steel Tornado spam?

Also, would this make a good 4-pc set for a DPS build if paired with Hunding's or Night Mother?

Most cool down on most sets... ruin the set. -.- they want more people to use these 'unique' sets yet... they make them useless.

Nobody used the set yet as it was nerfed before ppl even had chance to test it with tornado xD

Like someone wrote on forum.
If that would be grinding spot, it would get fixed in this week while khajiit passive(and mostly for this passive people choose this race) is still not fixed after all those months.

Did you ever test the set as a 4-pc for the weapon damage bonuses? I assume you tested it on the PTS based on your original post.

I currently run it with 2 divines, 2 infused and 1 well fitted with 4 pc nightmothers and agility rings.

my weapon damage drops a bunch vs using hundings and nightmothers.

DPS output varies depending on what I'm doing. AOE fashion it seems to melt the mob down quicker. in a single target its so - so.

dot stacking is cool tho with it with poison injection and a maelstrom 2h.

This is on Console. So I cant give you numbers besides character stats.
