HELP - Friend bought game and used key on the wrong ESO account

I have a friend that opened a ticket over 24 hours ago and the ticket # is 160115-000055 . He had an account for the beta under one login that has not been used since the beta. He has another login that was used over the last month but access got revoked because of a bad key that was purchased from a 3rd party site.

He bought a new copy of the game and went to put in the legit CD key and used the old login accidentally because it is only 1 letter off. I know it was his error but he really wants to get the Game Registration Code active on the account that he used recently or he will have to start over from scratch. Please help speed this up if at all possible.

We are now going on 96 hours without even a response from the ticket that was openend. Who can we contact to get this resolved???

Still no reply to the ticket. If this is not possible to fix he at least needs to know so he can start with the alternate login. Does anyone from ZOS look at this section?

I wouldnt hold your breath mate.
Zenimax support is AWFUL and I really doubt that they would be able to do anything.
I suggest to just start playing.
