No Access Code for the Client

Hello after an Windowsupdate ESO told me that is an new Computer.

i got old that i get an new Code but no Code's are income.

I got an new Code after logging in the Account page, but since hours no Code for Ingameclient.

Tried Support also aswell, but also no answer.

ANy Ideas.

And no, its not as Spam market.

The new code would come in your email. DId you check spam folders and all that? It is only good for 24 hours before you need a new one..

Suggestion..
Head to your account page again and verify which email your account is tied to.
Try to login to game again, and have the game send you another code.
Check that confirmed email for the mail.
If not there.. wait 10 min and check again.
Reply to the ticket from support that you did that.. They may ignore that you did it, and have you try again, but it wont hurt.

Yeah.. it sounds like you did it. but.. never hurts to check your steps through.

thx for the hints.

i tried it serveral timnes, i allways waited around 15min for an new try.

after around 4 hours i got 3 mails with codes.

i tried the last one, and it worked.

No idea, why i takes so long that time, normaly it worked.
