Constant 10FPS Everywhere

I've had this problem ever since the day after Christmas. It seemed to coincide with Error 201, where it wont let you log in, despite you having a stable connection.

I usually have 30-45 FPS, but today, it has never gone higher than 10. *** 10! This just mysteriously showed up , and it even happens in the character selection screen. I also go into 10 second long load screens every few minutes, my ping has been normal. I have been in Cyrodiil for a majority of the day, but this was still happening for me in deshaan, stormhaven, darkshade caverns. Pretty much EVERYWHERE.

I uninstalled AUI (cause of the mini-map), and destinations, and restarted the game. Didn't fix it. I also tried a full game repair, a computer restart 3 times, and the only thing left I haven't done yet is a full deletion and re-installation of the game, which takes hours and I don't want to do.

It even seems to effect other programs' sound if I have ESO open in the background. It makes it rapidly choppy. Netflix, TeamSpeak, ect.

Can someone help me?

Which most of you will probably tell me to go to. Don't. I made this post almost 3 weeks ago, and even tagged Jessica Folsom(who was handling the thread), and did not get a response. So, in trying to get someone to help me, I have made this thread.

EXTRA INFO: I lowered my graphics down to medium, this got me about 5 FPS back. Pretty lame. When ever I go to a new location in cyrodiil, such as coming up on a resource or keep, I go into a loading screen, and wont let me out for at least 10 seconds, if at all. So, I really enjoy riding up on Bleakers with EP there, then going into a load screen as they slaughter me when I can't do anything about it. NOTHING LOADS. People are black basic figures, most of the time, I cant even see enemy players, or my group mates. This is really hindering my gameplay. Please help me ZOS, like you didn't 3 weeks ago when I asked for it.

If anyone needs more information, I will do my best to get you that information with time.

Hey @Callidus_Est ! Have you put in a support ticket for one of our agents to work with you directly on getting this resolved? There are several factors that can impact FPS, so you may need to submit a Game Consultant report for one of our agents to take a closer look at your system for specific troubleshooting steps.

I would use DDU to uninstall your drivers and flash the latest drivers.

It may not work but it can't hurt - it is generally a wise if all else fails resolution.

I know the feeling. For months player have been mostly black figures and quite often when I'm in a fight I'm at 1fps and 999+ ping but as soon as I die I'm back to 15-20 fps and a slightly better ping. Crap when I still had a magicka DK Dan had to tell me when to pop bats since I couldn't see any of the enemy players that were around me and most of my group wasn't there either. I bought a new computer didn't help, moved houses didn't help, now have Charter Spectrum still didn't help. Crap I just don't know what to do anymore.

Yes a number of times but I stopped submitting them after nothing was changing or getting fixed. As a result I've just dealt with it hoping that next maintenance or next major patch would help fix them but they've only gotten worse.

I mentioned a small config change that helps a little bit in that thread but it's by no means a fix. Only the developers can fix this problem.
