I just got a VR16 Engine Guardian Helmet two nights ago from a Vet Pledge boss drop.
I also got a Molag Kena Shoulder (my second but I don't do a lot of pledges) unfortunately it was VR14 as that was the level of my character.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I do the dailies regularly and have not gotten any shoulders since Orsinium...not even 1! All I get is merc motif in every chest.0 -

simply put before imperial city i got shoulders out of almost every chest. lets say easily 2 out of 3 had shoulders. Now 1 out of 4 has shoulders.

willymchilybily✭✭✭✭i get shoulders regularly both before and after orsinium, Though I will run daily pledges on more than one character and ran quite alot outside of the pledges. Helms though and helm drops....who ever told me 1 in 10 chance was full of it.
i get them so rarely before its hard to know if its improved or was always bad.
