Ok... so i forgot turn in my quest for vet malestrom. so i turned it in and left... came back in and it had not reset. so i waited a hour and relogged. still nothing?.... halp.

✭Yes, the Maelstrom quest can be completed daily. If you completed the quest, let's say yesterday, but forgot to turn your quest in until today, it's going to register as if you completed it today. Therefore, you won't be able to pick up the quest and complete it again until tomorrow.
For normal Maelstrom, if you don't complete the quest but leave and come back, you will pick up where you left off. Vet Maelstrom resets basically the second you leave (it's supposed to allow something like 11-12 minutes for you to come back, but many people have lagged out or crashed and logged back in within only a few minutes, but it had already reset).Edited by Autolycus on January 18, 2016 7:21PM0 -
Decado✭✭✭✭I had this issue where the arena was stuck on "completed mode" I went out changed group to normal went in started arena left, put it on vet went back and it was all good could run vet after that,
Not sure if I needed to actually start the arena or not but it did work0 -

✭You can complete Maelstrom arena multiple times a day.
But if you stop in the middle of a run and want to reset it, here's what you do. You port to some other city, log off for ~10 minutes, log back in, and then Vet Maelstrom should be reset to round 0.0 -

✭A nice timer i found was to simply fast travel out off vMA via paying the fee for a wayshrine, then waiting until the fee was back to the normal. This 100% resets vet MA and also spares you the trouble to look for a friend/guildie to port to.
Also after all that time i spent in there vMA is a once a week thing at best ...Jo'Khaljor0
