Nirnhoned or Precise?

So i am basically running with:

3 willpower
1 molag kena
5 law og julianos
3 seducer.

5 heavy, 2 light, rest staff on 1 bar and dual wielding on the other.

And i am a nord templar.

So in what case would it be more beneficial for me to nirnhoned on my daggers instead of precise?

My function is heal, support, burst damage and crit damage/heals.

Considering the benefits of precise on my daggers towards both my heals and dmg.

Also is there a reason to dual wield swords instead of daggers?

Thank you for the answers in advance.

Twin blade and blunt passive- dual wield tree.
    WHILE DUAL WIELDING
•Each axe equipped gives your weapon attacks a 50% chance to bleed enemies for [x] Physical Damage over 6 seconds.
•Each mace equipped allows your weapon attacks to ignore 10% of an enemy's Physical Resistance.
•Each sword equipped increases the damage of your weapon attacks by 2.5%.
•Each dagger equipped increases your Weapon Critical rating. (by 5%)

Dual wielding swords give you 5% increased dmg across the board. Daggers only affect weapon crit %

It should absolutely be swords over daggers as daggers only buff weapon crit while your spells will all function off of spell crit.

That being said, precise for heals, nirn for damage. You'd also do some good slotting at least 5 LA pieces instead of 5 heavy as you're missing out on a large chunk of crit and spell pen as well as regen and cost reduction.

Either its bugged or it works as intended. My friend is using dual swords, the damage only applies to physical when it comes to dual swords. Atleast this is what he is telling me.

    Sword dmg applies to everything.

For dual wield swords it is 2.5% more dmg for each sword, doesn't affect weapon or spell dmg. It is just 5% more dmg, thats why you see so many dual wielding magicka builds

Didnt see the answer untill now. This was very insightful. I know about the buffs for LA but will keep the HA because it suits my playstyle and the combination with the racial passives. Ive built all my skills around the way i play, so the only last buff will be the swords with crit instead of daggers.

    But again thank you.
