Last night I was in Haderus and there was a great time to be had in the arboretum!!
12v12v12 fights where deaths were so many. I haven't had that much fun in IC since it dropped.
Then it got me thinking, can we create a little game with the districts? I know the community can get unrully, but here's my idea:
"Boss-Ball"
Fast paced pvp utilizing the patrolling district boss. Bring the boss to your faction's "end-zone", make the kill and move to the next.
Sounds simple. But a few ground rules that aren't too restrictive:
1) boss must be aggroed at all times.
2) boss must be killed within shown faction kill zone (see attached map.)
3) at boss kill, move to next district and repeat.
4) no spawn camping.
5) must start map rotation in Memorial District and move clockwise.
Map:
(Legend)
- Faction respawn in small color DOT (color per faction color)
- boss patrol location in maroon line
- faction kill zone in larger color oval (color per faction).
How it ends? Not sure since most structured events policed by players have a tendency to get corrupted. But ideally first faction with most boss kills when rotation returns to the starting district, wins the game.
Realistically, we can just have it so that players just keep rotating the map till they get bored. Trash talk, taunt, congratulate players, etc. Just keep it moving and when boss dies too early, keep playing in that district till he's dead on the specific faction kill zone.
Thoughts?
