Nerf sorc lol. But in all fairness, those opponents weren't the toughest guys in Cyrodiil.
That poor DK used his entire resource pool to keep himself up, barely staying alive. Unable to fight back or pressure the sorc(you) in any way. He wasn't even a block casting any dmg, not enough resources to pull it of. Instead he went full turtle mode against only one guy, jamming down block desperately waiting for help. He didn't even dare to revive attempt more than once, so scared of letting it go. Pretty sad sight.
Topic: Not sure what you can overcome there, like if a DK with over 30k stamina decides to only hold block and not use any resources on attacking, you have some work to do. You need a cc that goes through block every 7 second and keep nuking only, I mean it's not like you're in any danger of taking dmg.
Try re-rolling stamina NB. Than you can mash down anything, including perma-blockers, other shield stacking sorc's and fully specc'ed templar heal bots, no timing or exceptional skill required

All I got out of that was how *** ridiculous OP sorc shields are. As a magicka dk you would have been dead 20 times over....
If they have 30 k stam they can block for a good minute. If block gets nerfed anymore, we might as well get pizzas in our hands.

1. Time detonation and curse so they explode at the same time, streak through him right before they explode and finish him with frags + dawnbreaker while he breaks the stun
2. Drain his stamina with ccs that ignore block, roots, light attack weaving and fast ticking dots (pets would also be an option if you want to slot them)

But sorcs only have 1 shield. The players in the video were hardly doing any damage. They were also missing a lot. Pretty sure a good magicka dk could tank 3 players who struggle to even hit their target.

That one shield is stronger than every other classes shield combined, it is too much, no matter what you say. Everyone knows it.

Is that so? I highly doubt DK would be better off with Hardened Ward instead of Igneous Shield, the already weak magicka DK would gain some defense at the cost of healing and stamina management, for the stam DK it would be plain bad. But if you add Blazing Shield on top of Igneous, it's not even a contest.
He got low there for a moment, dropping a soul strike probably would have finished him off, atronach would have helped a bit too.
I'm not too confused about the blocking. They were running S+B, most likely had all the block cost reduction passives and could have had the same in their CPs. DKs have pretty good stamina management as well.
What did confuse me is how they managed to spam dragon blood so much on a stam build.

Stam-DKs are already extremely strong in pvp...i think they don't need a shield.

Face a skilled sorc as a skill-less nb and you'll see how wrong your statement is. Stamina NB isn't an I win button except vs plebs (or magicka dks poor things)

Who the hell needs healing when you can have 12k-15k spammable shield in pvp?Is that so?
