Every time I try to log in since I bought the game it freezes and crashes. I send an error report and have about four unresolved support tickets up right now. Still cant play the game. Any advice?

ZOS_MollyHmodHey @JerryPayne421 ! After looking over your dxdiag, we see that your GPU is below minimum requirements. This is likely causing a big performance degrade for you, and may be the reason you're not able to play.
