Basically what @stranglehands said. He's the daedric prince of pariahs, outcasts and the taskmaster. His artifact is a Dwarven shield called Spellbreaker that will (in most games) absorb and reflect incoming spells.

Pariahs and outcasts are Malacaths thing. Peryite sphere includes tasks, natural order and pestilence.
