Hi,

I bought the game for my brother this Christmas on Steam, but he can't play it since the game closes just after the character selection.
He plays on my previous desktop PC on which I played ESO since the Beta without any problems like that (well didn't play on it for a while, but the specs only slightly changed, mostly harddrives).
I wrote a ticket, had an automatic response with some basic manipulations and a video showing how to use the Game Consultant, but needless to say, it did not solved the problem, and my mail response with the Game Consultant's report is still unanswered after 7 days

Scenario : He logs in, loads a character then after the loading screen, the game closes within a few seconds, with a FPS fall.

The problem occurs and is the same when he launches the game :
- through the launcher as an administrator
- through eso.exe as an administrator
- through Steam
- even after rebooting the computer on Safe Mode
- after 2 launcher repairs

Specs :
- Windows 7 32bits
- Geforce 560GTX (driver updated)
- 4go RAM
- 500w power supply
