About Torug's Pact 5 piece set !

i hav question on Torugs's pact set on 5 it say increases enchantment potency 30% , will it increse the enchantment like MP, SP .. etc on the gear ? , if so why it did't show out the amout like infused trait.... after we enchant it or i misunderstand the set? let me know !

It increases the the enchantment potency of weapons not armor.0 -

It increases the the enchantment potency of weapons not armor.

need the weapon be torugs's pact too ? or I can get the benefit on 5set torug's pact with other weapon ? example weapon set !
