Characters flickering and memory overload in Crossfire

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this and try to help me.

Let start with my hardware specs:
I'm running on win 10 64x
AMD FX 6300 CPU
MSI 970A-G43 Motherboard
2x AMD Radeon R7 250x GPU (crossfire)
And 8GB ram

My troubles started when I installed my second GPU and started playing in crossfire. First characters and NPC's started to flicker. I can often see the base model below the character and things like armor and hair and such appair and disappair. When I get closer the character loads completely and the flickering stops.
To stop this from happening I started trouble shooting, but couldnt find anything definitive. So I have literally reinstalled windows and ESO and have found that it only happens when I'm running crossfire. It is not changed by addons or SweetFX and does not seem to happen when I run with one card.

To add to things (still in crossfire) I tried to get a screenshot of what was happening, but as it seems screenshots force the client to load the characters and nothing can be seen on them. When I then alt-tab out of the game and tab back in, the client will be stuck. Checking the taskmanager I can see ESO is using 50% of RAM (which I'm guessing is too much for a x32 game).

I tried adding a register key (largepage tweak):
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\eso.exe]
"UseLargePages"=dword:00000001
To allow eso to use more RAM, but as it turns out that only makes me start up in a black screen....

The only changes in the Usersettings.txt I've made is adding a little extra mb to my lua files so my addons keep running.
Otherwise this is a fresh installation.

I've opened a ticket with customer support, but so far there's no solution, so I'm hoping you guys can help.

    Dear moderator,

Please feel free to close this thread.
Since no solution could be found I've disbled crossfire and returned my card to the store.

Please don't close it - I'm having the same issue with crossfire of two Radeon HD 7800s, and I have no desire to undo crossfire as this is solely occurring on ESO. Other games are fine. Since crossfire is supposed to be supported for this game, I'd like to try to solve this issue.
We tinkered with settings several hours tonight, and have gotten so far as to figure out the flickering is from rendering every other frame for parts of (but not all of) the character or NPC/player affected. Rapidly taking multiple screenshots reveals some frames with models intact, and some with them in pieces. But the pieces are not checker-boarded like I'd expect from a bad crossfire. Instead, I'll frequently get the clothes on a model working, but not skin, or vise versa. Rarely, I'll get an entirely invisible NPC (usually an enemy) that I won't see until they've attacked and closed ranks with me.
Interestingly, the problem is only occurring to seemingly random humanoid models - all animals, scenery, plants, buildings, crafting nodes, etc. are unaffected. Only players and humanoid NPCs flicker.
Getting close to an affected NPC/player usually resolves it after a few seconds and they become whole again.
Sometimes turning the viewpoint away from an affected NPC and then looking back to them after a few seconds will also resolve it (and sometimes it won't).
NPC's in a dialog (store, quest dialog, etc.) seem to typically only have their head and hands affected, and their clothing in tact. I've had more success getting screenshots of this situation, as it does NOT resolve over time, but persists throughout the dialog/having the merchant store open. It will happen even on NPCs who were unaffected before speaking with them.
Yes, I updated drivers, but NOT to AMD's Crimson, as it causes a fatal problem of locking my GPU fan speed and overheating my card within 5 mins of play regardless of settings and regardless of trying to override that with MSI Afterburner. Until they fix that, I can't use the Crimson versions.

If anybody had got crossfire working without characters flickering, please help me out here. I know where I can change settings in Catylst Control Center to try to fix this, but have no idea what settings I should be looking at.

I'd really like to NOT see this anymore!
