All of the Companions. Seriously. ALL of them. The whiny chick at the Belkarth wayshrine. Lady Clairisse Laurent. All of the mouthy guards. Very badly singing bard in every tavern the moment they break into Red Diamond. Yes, I know you CAN kill them. But they respawn with the speed of a bad dream.

IMO if you are playing in AD as an agent of the Queen, when mer throw insulting stuff at you about how Ayrenn should have died instead of whoever, it should be perfectly legal to take off their heads. A service really.

Was that a thing they introduced in ESO? I don't remember it in Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim... and that annoyed me more than anything, that they tried to change Argonians to all follow this same made-up greeting.

I would want to kill every single banker NPC.

Why? You HAVE to go to them to use the many bank options and hear what they have to say. The dialogue could be used as some sort of password to a secret society of eso players, because its drummed into our collective brain.

I'd kill them and have them replaced by a somewhat anachronistic clockwork ATM.
