Once a person has hit EMP they should drop from the board, They still gain AP ect for there faction. but are no longer in the running to become EMP again. This will force people out of under vets and populate the Vet pvp. It will also do away with the waist of time of making under vet no champ system. You know the system that will show new players just how unbalanced the races and classes are... at the moment they can just blame the fact they got face rolled on "that dude must have 500 champ points"
It will also allow others a chance at getting emp during a cycle.
I have around 1.8 million AP across my toons at the current time, and around the same in gold left after gearing out my sorc. I can buy enough wall repair kits to get emp in under vets pvp.. and could most likely put it out of reach for most other people to have a chance at it during that cycle.

That's the *** that needs fixing... Not an emp for each faction.

A solution is to be randomly picked Emp from the top 5% in your faction league table when you cap all the inner keeps.

A couple stipulations. 1) Have to be online at the time 2) Have to have taken part in the last 30 mins / hour.
