We need a damage shield that scales off of stamina

In PvE magicka classes are kings because of damage shields. Since stamina builds became viable, all I've been hearing is whining from magicka users every time stamina has something magicka does not while ignoring their own advantages.

Here's the top wants I hear from magicka users:
1) physical resistance from the champion system
2) light armor passives that give a comparable damage buff to the agility passive from medium armor.
3) Magicka form of vigor

So here's my retort. If you get the items mentioned above, then stamina users should get the following:

1) A damage shield that mirrors healing ward and scales off of stamina.
2) A stamina version of proxy detonation.
3) A passive in medium armor that increases your physical resistance based amount of pieces equipped, and increased armor penetration.

You guys want what we have, then give us what you have.

    The cost is ridiculous, and it only covers physical damage. Not to mention is doesn't heal like healing ward, doesn't cover as much of your health bar as healing ward, nor does it last as long as harness magicka. It's just a awful shield.

    Nope, pretty sure it always covers 30% of your max health, regardless of your build. Healing Ward can cover nearly an entire health bar is casted while low health.

    Nope, pretty sure it always covers 30% of your max health, regardless of your build. Healing Ward can cover nearly an entire health bar is casted while low health.

    I happen to agree with you as a 100% magic user, however the way that you constructed your post makes it sound like you just want to start an argument. Even the existence of this post could only be for an argument, as I highly doubt anyone thinks you'll convert people who think otherwise than you with a post like this.

    LOL, you make it sound like Magicka users are the ones who get decide this stuff! Your complaints and desires should be directed at the @ZOS devs like @ZOS_BrianWheeler and @Wrobel.

    For what it's worth, I AGREE with you and think Stamina builds should have a decent Ward. I've been campaigning for months for Stam Sorcs to get a morph of Hardened Ward that scales off Stamina.

    Believe it or not, I actually don't think stamina users should have a damage shield because I think it would make us too powerful. I do however think the potential shield strength of healing ward needs to be reduced, and that shield stacking shouldn't be a thing. I personally would leave hardened ward as is. The sun shield could use some love though.
