This Was Just A Thought That Came To Mind. Imagine Yourself In Cyrodiil. With Four Questions

Imagine yourself in Cyrodiil. You have just won half of the land in Cyrodiil from a lottery. On the other half is all other factions.
1. With the half of land in Cyrodiil you just won from the lottery. What will you do with that land?
2. You ponder what to do now with the other Factions in the other half of Cyrodiil. What will you do?
3. Or will you ignore the lottery and do what you do best to serve your alliance
4. Why?
If I sudenly won the lottery for that half in Cyrodiil. I will let every factions come and seperate the land equally. Share the food equally. Make schools. Help the poor. Make buildings. Homes. Temples. Statues. Make pretty ponds.
