Playing on EU but thinking of moving to NA.. should i ?

so i recently posted my ping problems, usually during mid-day to night... which sucks big time (i lag so bad it takes like 8 seconds for me to draw my weapons)...
was just thinking that maybe, just maybe - i'm in the wrong megaserver??
I live in Israel.
what do you think?
or maybe if someone knows the geographical locations of the megaservers??

azoriangaming✭✭✭✭I've got a U.S server toon and I'm from the U.K and to be honest it's fine if you just do pve but pvp I wouldn't if I was you the ping for is around 150-250 at all times for me which puts you at a great disadvantage.

✭I believe the EU megaserver is hosted somewhere in Germany, and the NA megaserver is in Austin, Texas, USA.
I'd be surprised if you got better ping from the NA megaserver than the EU server considering your physical location. But you could always try it.
Unfortunately, this will mean (a) redownloading the game since each megaserver is a new install, (b) recreating all your characters since the two megaservers are completely separate.
If you have the bandwidth to redownload the game, it might be worth trying it. You switch using the little wheel/cog symbol at the top right of the Launcher.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP
These characters are on both servers:

Brings-His-Own-Forest - Argonian Warden Healer level 50

✭✭✭I am from UK and I can only play games on american servers IF those games have US servers located on the east coast. That is with high end fibre connection with most pings to US east coast around 100 or under which is playable. West coast servers start to shoot past the 150 ping mark and that's when you start getting lag, low response or just boomeranging effects....
So for you I would say EU is your best bet.
Even for me being from UK on EU ESO I get pings around 60-100 and that's pretty crappy when you think we are pretty close to the ESO EU servers and im using fibre connection....
My ping to my nearest hub is under 5...so 60-100 pings on EU server is really crap. Other games on EU servers I get under 50 ping..
