Estimated Release Time Period On Console Text Chat?

Text chat for consoles is coming as it was recently announced and thank you to ZOS for finally letting us know on whether it was or wasen't going to happen, I am sure a lot of people (myself included) are happy to know that it is indead coming. My question is if anyone knows if there's a estimated release for this new highly requested feature being Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4?

RatedChaotic✭✭✭✭I personnally want combat numbers first. I only talk to guildies anyway via voice chat. Being able to actually max my setup would be better imo.
