Hey everyone. I'm working on optimizing a build and need to know where to find v16 or even v15 permafrost set to test. I have plundered chests in wrothgar and IC for a month now and have not run across a single piece of it. So I need to know not just where to find this set but the BEST place to famr for it would be. Final question for you, are the jewelry pieces trait a set in stone trait or randomized trait?

Traits are random Jewelry
Only obtainable at stage 8 and 9
In normal mode stage 8 gives v15 blue and 9 give v16 blue
