With no eta on anything or any real information, are we to take it that pvp lag is here to stay for another few months, broken bugged skills also as well as balance of nb's being the most over used class in pvp ever?

The DLC should rework/rebalance class skill lines. This might help fix broken skills and the abuse of nightblades.broken bugged skills also as well as balance of nb's being the most over used class in pvp ever?
