Bank glitch took my gold

A few minutes ago (1-15) I was making a large deposit (264k +) to the guild bank. When I hit deposit it did say it was put in, then it said cant interact with bank. Now all that gold is gone. Not in the guild and not in my account. Would like this fixed plz

I suggest you put in a ticket, along with a bug report. This isn't the place to get it resolved.

Tried that...wouldnt accept my ticket either....so I did deposit another 70k as a test...it took that, no glitch

Something like this happened to me a few months ago too. Two of my officers each deposited 1M gold into the Guildbank at the same time just before guild trader bid deadline. One of them did it no problem, another couldn't interact with the GB, but the gold was gone, and there was no record in the guild bank history.

I raised a ticket with CS, but I wasn't 100% sure if it was a guildbank history display error or if 1M gold had actually gone missing cos I didn't remember how much gold was in the GB to begin with... (calculation further complicated by making a bid at the same time) and my GB does actually have so much gold that I don't know how much I have to the closest million, so I couldn't prove the "bug" and CS (after a few exchanges) said that their records found no evidence of gold lost.

It's a common bug. It doesn't happen very often, but it happens. That's why I deposit larger sums in small pieces. You might get the gold back from customer support if you're persistent enough.
