Relentless Focus: is Spectral Bow working?

After four light attacks, I get a notification that Assassin's Will buff has occurred, but I do not see any "Spectral Bow" damage at all. Is it just me?
The only substitute for victory is overkill.

You need to activate the ability and do 4 light attacks to proc it (the icon will change), now you need to hit the ability again to fire the spectral bow. You can also proc it by weaving 4 light attacks with funnel health/force pulse for example.PC - EU (AD)Septimus Mezar - Altmer Sorcerer

pdarwin✭✭Likely late reply -- it has distinctive sound when proc occurs. Be sure to aim at target area and the "bow" will be red (at least it was on PS4) and will briefly be seen when you depress the assigned button for using Relentless Focus. Damage may or may not be seen impacting the target - depends on how healthy your target is. In a long fight, it can be used multiple times.
To see the stamina reg at work -- just view Character/Stamina Recovery immediately after the fight and you can see it draining off if it timed out seconds earlier.
