You get crowns for being subscribed...you can buy costumes and mounts using those crowns.

I switched to DLCs at Orsinium launch. I think if you've bought all DLCs you should get an access to ES+ benefits.

id expect a reward not everyone can buy in the crown store... somthin that shows your loyalty and seniority.. like the tiger mount or the costumes before tamriel unlimited..

Sorry but to me it does not make a difference either you've spent 300USD during the last 2 years to support the game or you spent 300USD last week to support it. By being subscribed you get a huge advantage...you get all your money back in form of crown currency.

So if there should be a reward then it should be money spent based and not sub time based.

Used to be, you subscribed or you could not play. That ended. It's called Box and Sub, Pay to Play, or a couple other things. That's the subscription era.

Now you pay the cost for the game and you can play, whether or not you give them money. Which is Buy to Play.

Also, you'll see some of those on the consoles, because of transfer eligibility. But, if you passed on the game when it was originally released because you held out for the console versions, or you just didn't want to subscribe, you're out of luck now. Sorry.

Strictly speaking, they said the 1500 a month was the new loyalty rewards going forward. Which... in comparison to other MMOs with a cash shop stipend, is stupidly good. The closest I've seen was TSW's 1200 a month (which is $10 worth), but that didn't toss in the expansions for free and the freebie points would expire if you didn't use them. Most MMOs with a stipend only toss you five bucks worth of cash each month.

This was my biggest issue when the game went B2P: You rewarded players for loyalty when they HAD to subscribe yet no system exists currently that rewards loyal players for having a choice to subscribe.

I recall hearing something about other rewards coming for subscribers, something like extra bag space specifically for crafting materials or something. So there indeed might be more on the way, just not in terms of mounts or costumes!

No, the subscription you pay goes to either Microsoft or Sony, not to Zenimax. You pay it to be able to use your game machine instead of a computer. The subscription that is being discussed in the thread was the Zenimax subscription fee for access to the game itself. It was eliminated because of either Microsoft or Sony wouldn't allow the game if it had a sub. That's why the game is buy to play.

Guess what, if a computer player stops paying the sub, they can still play the game as much as they want. If you stop paying, then Microsoft /Sony cuts your access.

Console release occurred after loyalty rewards stopped. I presume there will not be any loyalty rewards for consoles, but I'm not qualified to give an official stance on the matter.

It makes sense though, because console release occurred in June 2015, which is 3 months after the final loyalty reward was given, and approximately 14 months after the release of the game. It was intended to reward those that have subscribed and supported ESO from the real "beginning." I do understand console subscribers' desires for loyalty rewards too, but really it's a separate discussion. The original loyalty rewards were never intended for console players.

It was Microsoft. But, it wasn't that they were unwilling to allow a sub only game on the system, the weren't willing to wave the XBL fee in addition. Which would have made in $20 a month, and were demanding a cut of the $15 in addition to that. Sony was apparently willing to wave their own PS+ (I think) requirement for the game, since they'd done that with other MMOs. But, it was Microsoft who precipitated the shift to buy to play because they wouldn't budge.

Okay, so this is separate inventory spaces for crafting items? For some reason when people were talking about them, it sounded like crafting grab bags.
