What I got from just the first section of ESO Live (I missed the rest):-

Thieves Guild DLC is imminent on the PTS, Dark Brotherhood DLC is due in the second quarter.

ESO Plus crafting bags will also be in the second quarter. They will have infinite capacity for materials.

Extra character slots will also be in the second quarter.

There may have been other things with firm dates, I don't recall. Otherwise, stuff was described as either being worked on with no firm date at this stage because they're not committing to dates more than a couple of quarters at a time, or else as planned but not currently being worked on.

ZOS really needs to learn one thing. Vague answers and no ETA to virtually every question just pisses people off. It just makes you look like you have no clue and are ill prepared. This is getting old.
