DW and 2H/Bow are the weapons. Mainly PvE. Should I be going for tower, thief, or warrior? Or is there one I'm not thinking of?

✭✭If you have 50%+ crit, use Shadow.
If you have <50% crit, use Thief.
This is correct for max dps.

✭I have 77% crit, and the shadow does not do as much damage as the warrior. Semi buffed weapon damage is just under 3900. It gets over 4000 in combat.

This is on a nightblade. But I keep seeing the shadow over the warrior.
Shadow = 18% more crit dmg with full divines
The extra wpn dmg is less dmg than the 18% more crit dmg with 77% crit chance.PS4 EU DC

It's important to note though, it requires full divines to be that. Without it, the warrior is better.0 -

In Cyro, I agree. In PVE, I only think this is true at low levels. If you can sustain without it, then you don't want serpent. At v16, you should be able to sustain unless your CP is really low. On my stam NB, I run serpent in PvP and Thief in PvE. With Champion points, I am not sure the old theory of 50% crit as a cutoff for thief vs shadow holds true any longer. I get better DPS on my stamblade with thief than with shadow, and my crit is well north of 50%.0
