That's probably why you can't bank them:P No cashing in on top level chars, only on the one you got them on.

Best you can do is hold onto them till u level up unless it was changed recently.

As others have said the only thing to do is to hold on to them until you hit VR16. They stack so it only takes up one slot.

Atleast they stack...so you can hold them until your max level on that character...

Unlike the wrothgar daily containers....that take up a crap ton of bag/bank space...

Hold onto them til they remove veteran ranks. Your shoulders should pop out at 160CP+ level then.

Ha ha, yes I was very happy when my DC main finally hit VR16 and I could open up all of the Wrothgar daily containers I had clogging up his inventory...
