Cheating in Cyro

Right now on Trueflame EU PC there are 2 guys AD side running around flipping keeps and stealing scrolls by means of exploits. They enter the outer keep wall using an exploit without damaging the walls. Why are there no GM's in this game? Reported them both.

Screenshots were attached with the report, the 2 players were trying to justify in chat that it is not an exploit. besides Not going to post vids of exploits on forums.

Hey @ZOS_BrianWheeler I know you implemented a "protected area" shield around the scroll temples so that scrolls can't be stolen when the gates are closed; how about a protected area around keep flags so they can't be flipped until the keep has registered "under attack" from the walls hitting 50%?

This already happens to a point. Given you can get inside a keep without busting any walls once you clear out npcs you cannot flip the flags until some part of the wall/door falls below a threshold, which if I recall is 50% and where the keep will light up. Thing is you most likely can flip flags faster then it takes people to 1 notice the place is under attack and take your measly 1-2 seige as a real threat, and 2 to actually ride there and check it out

Is that actually confirmed as the way it works, or is it a theory that nobody's actually tested? (Like the officially debunked rumour that dark anchor pinions affect general spawn rates - they don't.)

I know it's bad, but all I keep thinking is wouldn't it be cool to flip all six keeps at the same time. Just need 12 guildies and and a well organized team.

ZOS don't seem to ever look into/punish/acknowledge these things. So just don't hold your breath.

ZOS doesn't actively police behavior in PvP. All the GMs are needed in PvE to protect the precious little roleplayers and actually remove players from the game if they interrupt a RP event in PvE.

Since RP'ers will cry and report you for anything including hurting their feelings, there obviously is no time left for GMs to venture into cyrodiil.

I've seen it done by DK using "Take Flight" to leap up on top and get inside without flagging the keep. It's been going on for a long time. ZOS doesn't seem to care.

I can handle getting WB by 4 people at once.
I can handle watching one of AD's guilds do nothing but spam tornado in a form of a train.
I can handle waking up and seeing one of the other alliances Night capped us.
I can handle the OP Sorc.
I can handle people calling each other names in chat.
I can handle my alliance being at Bleakers when Glade is being taken.

But.. I really really really really hate cheaters. There is no reason to cheat. I think i seen someone from my alliance cheat and it made me sick to my stomach. I didn't quit the game over it, but i sure quit playing PvP for a few hours.

Couldnt be done if people would defend instead of always running to the crossed swords all the time. One thing I really hate are the ones that cross alliance cheat with their buddies on the other teams.

Players can hide when a keep is taken and then retake them from the inside.

This is a good and valid tactic.

THerefore a protective bubble should not be implemented

However players jumping into a keep from the outside side is not. Dragon leap or whatever the KB skill that is being used needs to be fixed.

I wondered how they got in, I'm sure I killed them the other day after respawning at one of our keeps. So keep wasn't UA, nor had it been for the past hour, they either jumped in or are really sad and sat there in sneak for over an hour like losers.

This doesnt bother me if there are defenders in place its usually a easy kill and they have to release or be stuck inside til his allies get in.

I will take a lot of heat for this, but I will say it anyways.

I don't really care if people get into keeps that way. I don't care if people hide in a castle when it's flipped either. It's whatever to me. Im just here to fight.

People use bugged skills all the time; you gonna report someone who's using skills that cause multiple or unbreakable CC's? No, you're going to report someone for interrupting an RP event lol.

Also, please understand where I'm coming from. I just want to pvp, run around and fight, 1v1, 1vX, small scale groups. I don't have too much invested in taking castle or keeps. Unfortunately, that is the only outlet I have to pvp.

Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in.

Imo the DK chain needs the same treatment as any other gap closer that prepells you to the target, it should stop working when the target is at a certain hight. Or all other propelling/pulls you skills should be as limitless as the chains.

Have they fixed undamagable walls yet?

Before I left, EP was notorious for doing some glitch that would prevent damage to the inner keep walls. Would be so frustrating watching like 10 siege engines hammer a inner keep wall, only to see its bealth stay the same (or in some cases, get repaired; I think the glitch had something to do with repair, if I recall).

Cheaters are horrible because they ruin the game for others, I really hope tgis old explout was fixed and that ZOS is going to address these terrible exploits mentioned here.
