Thieves and DB guild.. Stamina or Magicka abilities?

Hello, i was wondering if it has been mentioned or your thoughts if you think the Thieves and the Dark Brotherhood will have either stamina or magicka abilities in their skill line? Or do you think there is a possibility of both in each skill line?

    Thieves guild should be mainly stamina and DB mainly magic.

    If there will be TG/DB abilities.
    But my main fear is that they will be too overpowered. And people without DLC will be in a bad position.

    New skills? New passives, maybe, a la Ledgerdemain passives. There have been very few actual skills added or removed. Mostly, existing skills have been modified. There already pickpocket, safe and sneak passives, so no need to add those. DB could use poisoning passives.....be nice to finally do something with mushrooms.

    Who says anything about new abilities? you already have the legdarmain skill line which deals in thievery and thieves are not fighters (If a theif resolves to fighting then they are a failure at being a theif) so why would any of their abilities have anything to do with combat?

    Mages, fighters and undaunted guilds have skill lines, so i would imagine that these 2 guilds would also. Hope so tbh, adds more to builds and play styles for the game. I personally hope that they have morphs for either magicka and stamina so both sides can get use from them.

    They can be utility skills. Buffs, debuffs, CCs, mobility, concealment/perception, etc.

    Could still have stealth related skills, bartering passives, maybe a nightingale pet or something. We got 3 skills with nightingales in skyrim, surely they can think up some for in this game.

    They can be utility skills. Buffs, debuffs, CCs, mobility, concealment, etc.

    Agreed, stuns and root type skills could fit in well, things like crit, sneak passives and maybe bartering also.

    Well maybe i was wrong then in my initial post. I was just assuming it was going to be like the Mages Guild or Fighters Guild. I am not sure why they would add something as popular as the Dark Brotherhood guild and not have a skill line and stuff similar to how they do the Mages Guild. I guess we just have to wait and see but if its just passives then to me that is just halfway doing it.

    it's done on purpose to push people into buying.

    sunbreaker in destiny is a good example.

    I want them to have sneak passives... I don't know why its tied to medium armor.. as wearing light armor you should be just as if not more sneaky.... always thought sneak passives should be tied to Ledgerdemain.. well at least to increase sneaks effectiveness tied to it.

    that is easy why that is, magicka spells don't get damage boost from stealth.
    light armor is designed to help out the caster/mages, while the medium armor is more to help out the assassins with physical damage. and ye we still ahve heavy armor ..... for tanks. but health has the least amount of benefits in it. but that is a discussion for another thread. so i do get why it's in the medium armor tree

    Last I checked ALL my nightblade skills use magika unless morphed.. last I checked all the passive magika regen is in the light armor tree.... so my point still applies.

    That's IF they even have skillines.... at this rate we're lucky to get passives.
