Not receiving Crowns from monthly subscription.

Me and my friend haven't yet received our 1500 crowns from the monthly subscription and we do t know why. My friend is on his second month and still haven't receive any crowns.

Please, if anyone knows why this has happened. Could you help us out?

    Is it hidden that no one who see it? ..... There is a "Support" link in the menu at the top of every page of the ESO website .....
