Battle Leveling Bugged?

You can imagine how thrilled i was when I opened my inventory and saw my AMAZING stats (in the upper picture)...
I was like "WOW...I'm gonna go faceroll vMA right now!!!"
Then I wanted to see what my buffs would do to the stats...and then happened the picture below.
I wonder if and when I can get those stats back, or if they just come and go unpredictably???
Would be SOOOOOOOO NICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Some sort of bug I had 7800 spell power once XD but it was only a UI bug and changed back after switching qeapons0
