Armor with wings???

Hey everyone. I have seen a couple of players here and there with an armor (probably a light chest piece) with what looks like some sort of wings sticking out above the shoulders. They look like 6 pinions/feathers (3 on each side) attached to the back and protruding above the shoulders. Lots of Orc priests in Wrothgar have it. I guess it is craftable. What style is it?

No, they are all bound on pickup.
The set drops in Wrothgar from treasure chests, world bosses (I think) and daily reward boxes. I think it might also drop from treasure chests in Cyrodiil, though I'm not sure.

✭✭✭By far the easiest way to get these pieces (too, too many) is to do the daily fetch quest in Wrothgar from the main hut in Morkul Stronghold. You have to actually remember to stop by there every day to pick up the new quest.0 -

then there is a daily group quest for the world bosses which can be shared to the point where you can get all six world boss quests giving you a total of seven reward chests1 -

"There are two daily quests offered with the Orsinium DLC.
The first daily quest involves killing a delve boss and collecting some items along the way. This daily quest can easily be completed solo by the typical player. This quest is picked up in Morkul Stronghold which is along the central coastline.
The second daily quest also involves collecting some items in various locations in Wrothgar and killing one of the world (skull and crossbones) bosses on the map. This daily cannot be completed solo by most players as the world bosses cannot be defeated by a single player given the current CP cap and the waves of mobs. This daily is found in Skalar's Hostel which is located in the northern countryside outskirts of the city of Orsinium.
Both quests award a box with a decent chance of blue set piece in it. A purple VR16 set piece will drop from them occasionally as I have received one VR16 piece after completing two dailies of each type. There are 6 delves and 6 world bosses and the quests rotate among them as you can complete one of each type every day. The quests reset at 1 am Eastern US time every day.

✭✭✭✭✭The dailies are the best way to hunt for that set. The reward boxed are random of course... either blue decon bait, or blue scaled piece for one of the three sets, or rarely a purple V16 piece. Got full V15 trinimac set already... full blue pariah... half blue and half purple V16 briarheart.
Wish the gods of the die roll let the odds be more in my favor though... I really love the briarheart set, and the pariah looks nifty as well!1 -

Pffftttt... I found that if I leave the inn, run to the bridge west of it and back, the locations are usually reset and arzorag is in the proper place. Easy enough to do. That bug hasn't stopped me from doing dailies since the very first time I encountered it...
Also, the dwelve daily giver in the Morkul Stronghold longhouse doesn't float off into the ceiling.
