    I don't see the 'some truth'-part here.

Back when the game was sub only ZOS promised content updates every month. Then that changed it became every 6-8 weeks. Then we didn't see anything for like 3 months before they announced the model change from Pay to play to Buy to play.

It is a FACT that ZOS has another schedule for releasing new content. I don't have a problem with that btw, when a quarterly schedule is more feasable, than why don't change it?

It is not a FACT (i.e. it can not be proven) that ZOS is willingly making content with less quality, as Messy states. Look at Orsinium: friend and foe agree that the quality is outstanding.

Considering that they promised monthly content updates and a subscription-based game, and long ago offered spellcrafting and Justice PvP then reneged which is simply par for the course now, methinks they're using their tried and true model of diminishing expectations. Cut costs, not increasing quality. Bean counters triumphant without actually accomplishing what they supposedly set out to do, which is to maximize profits.
I hate to agree with this, but there is some truth here.
There's actually no truth there at all. Content was scheduled for every 6 weeks, not monthly. They never said it would be subscription-based forever. Spellcrafting was in development, and technically still is. Justice PvP was always an "if" not a "when", and was always accompanied with the caveat "only if we can get it right".

IC was on PTS like only 3 week before going live.

PTS time was 4 weeks for every DLC/Major Update (since 1.6...didn't participate in PTS before). 2 weeks with NA-characters and 2 weeks with EU-characters. And even this time wasn't enough to fix all bugs found, so i hope they don't lower the PTS-time.

Thing with IC on the PTS is that the PTS crashed so much that even getting on to test was a hassle.

Nobody said it wasn't. My post title even says Q1. We will see if it makes it for March even with it being released on the PTS in "early" Feb (more like mid. Feb. more than likely).

I understood they would release 1 DLC per quarter. March is still Q1...

This is a thread for complaining. Get out of here with your optimism and true statements that negate the main point of the OPs whining. My god.

ZOS has a miserable track record for keeping it's word on releases.

Orsinium was a pleasant change and surprise.

If the next DLC is in two weeks expect a month of it on the PTS before it goes live.

BTW, what is the point of putting it on the PTS when many of the bugs from Orsinium that were reported on the PTS are still in the live game?

Actually, if there is one thing ZOS tends to be good at, it is meeting deadlines.
