I don't see the 'some truth'-part here.
There's actually no truth there at all. Content was scheduled for every 6 weeks, not monthly. They never said it would be subscription-based forever. Spellcrafting was in development, and technically still is. Justice PvP was always an "if" not a "when", and was always accompanied with the caveat "only if we can get it right".I hate to agree with this, but there is some truth here.Considering that they promised monthly content updates and a subscription-based game, and long ago offered spellcrafting and Justice PvP then reneged which is simply par for the course now, methinks they're using their tried and true model of diminishing expectations. Cut costs, not increasing quality. Bean counters triumphant without actually accomplishing what they supposedly set out to do, which is to maximize profits.
IC was on PTS like only 3 week before going live.

PTS time was 4 weeks for every DLC/Major Update (since 1.6...didn't participate in PTS before). 2 weeks with NA-characters and 2 weeks with EU-characters. And even this time wasn't enough to fix all bugs found, so i hope they don't lower the PTS-time.

Orsinium was a pleasant change and surprise.
If the next DLC is in two weeks expect a month of it on the PTS before it goes live.
BTW, what is the point of putting it on the PTS when many of the bugs from Orsinium that were reported on the PTS are still in the live game?
