Ok sorry if I seem little slow, lol.
I understand if I go there early, at some point I would need to go back to finish the main story and would basically get no xp, correct? Can you get to max level in Orsinium? I am currently level 28.
Yes and yes. You'll have to go back and finish the main story at some point, and if you're more than 5 levels above the enemies you're facing then, you won't get any XP or loot from them (although you'll still get XP and loot as quest rewards). You can level all the way to VR16 in Orsinium if you want, but it will take a bunch of grinding and/or repeating daily quests to do it. I took my orc there at VR1 and completed everything once (and a few of the daily world boss quests more than once) except for Maelstrom Arena, and he ended up at VR5.Ok sorry if I seem little slow, lol.

If you're OK with missing out on the skill points from your alliance's main storyline, I guess... That's pretty shortsighted though, and it will put you at a significant disadvantage compared to the people who actually do all of those quests.Yes and yes. NO And Yes. All the necessary content you'll need to go back for will also scale to your level so you will receive XP, Necessary content is Harbourage missions, Mages quest, Fighter's Guild quests (All Scale) and then the very last quest of the main story line of your faction, which can be completed by going to the last quest hub of the final zone and talking to the relative NPC (if you do this part between 40 - 50 you will still get xp).....

Not at all, it would only put you at a disadvantage if you're new to the game. Those skill points are unnecessary considering the time you need to invest in getting them, once you know what you're doing and where you need to put your points veteran leveling and skyshards is all you need...
I disagree once againAll passives are worth getting, especially for optimizing a maxed level character. And you need a lot of skill points for that. And if you plan on doing different contents with the same char (PvP, Dailies, Raiding, solo grinding, Maelstrom Arena...), you need to unlock more than 10 skills
Nonsense, if you're a magic based build you don't need the passives for 2H, Bow, Most of DW, Most of Medium. You'll only need to unlock every passive and morph if you have no idea what you're doing with your character...
Sure, if you want to have a character that can only do one thing. If you want some flexibility to switch up your build depending on the content you're doing, you're going to want those skill points. If you're fine with just always doing the same rotations, and if you're always doing the same content that those rotations work with, then you don't need as many skill points as someone who wants to be adaptable. If you're OK with missing out on the skill points from your alliance's main storyline, I guess...
