I have a friend that is trying to come back to ESO she stopped playing over a year ago. Since that time she has changed her e mail address so when she tries to set it back up the system keeps sending her a temp passcode to the wrong e mail. Of course there is no phone number to call and she cant get on the forums or log into her account to open ticket at the help site. Any advice would be helpful. I have to say I love the game play of ESO but the customer support is horrible.

* Update she said she was able to get some kind of ticket in but she didn't know the security questions asked. She asked me to add her ticket number because I told her that seems to be what you always ask for. TICKET 160112-002889
