I think I finally experienced this bug the other day. It's like your mouse doesn't interact with the UI at all. It happened after I hid the UI to take a screen shot. I couldn't even type to reload and had to alt F4.

What happens in that video is EXACTLY what happens to me every day. Its not even an overload problem. I dont even use overload. I die and respawn to left-click not responding to anything. Only thing fixes it is reloadui. Fix your game zos.

Any time I have to /reloadui it's at least a 10-15 second loading screen, which is pretty much insta-death if I'm in actual combat. I generally just take the death and then /reloadui at whatever keep I decide to respawn at.
