    400 Quadloos on the newcomer.

If they implement a competitive arena, then I hope they step up their cheese detection and have proper detriments in place.
Due to a typo in the system, the area was accosted by the Daedric Prince Moar Lag Brawls.

Just because YOU want something doesnt mean we all do.Plus,if it wasnt for ZOS we wouldnt even have the game to play.So do excuse us if we are grateful for all the work it took to get ESO out to us all,you ingrate.
And it was never meant for PvP. PvP was just added in later on.You never paid for a PvP game. Period. If you want a PvP game there are many out there to enjoy.

    1. The majority of PvPers I talk to, which is the majority of PvPers from when wabbajack was the most popular campaign, so the veterans of eso, they all want PvP arenas.
    2. Why do you think they made eso? Because people wanted a multiplayer TES game with PvP. Grow a brain mate
    3. I'm no good at quoting or forum things since I never go on them so if this quoting thing doesn't work out the way I think it is meant to then I'm sure you all get what I'm meant to be quoting

If a fully realized Arena/Battleground system isn't possible this year then I certainly hope for dueling to be implemented by this summer.

Combine that with the possible upcoming ability to do cross-faction grouping... I'm envisioning 24-man groups (8AD + 8DC + 8EP) hanging out in Craglorn, doing proper organized dueling tournaments, without the lag and disruptions of Cyrodiil, not to mention the fact that (in the event of uneven teams) you could also have, for example, 2 DCs fighting eachother.
Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.

And when it does come you can then expect a plethora of posts crying about 1v1 balance...you know, the foundation on which this game was not built.

    Here's what the forums will look like when they put an arena in game;

"You finally did it! Thanks ZOS!"

    30 seconds later . . .

"Nerf Sorcerers! Nerf DK's! Nerf Nightblades! Nerf Templars!" Everywhere. They're going to have to do a lot of class ability tweaking to make every class viable for 1v1 fighting. And the rage shall flow.

I'm sick of you ZoS apologists who excuse their precious company for everything. Arena should have been a thing since release. Why are we excusing developers for releasing unfinished games? I have say in its development because I bought it, games companies aren't immune to scrutiny. They are like any other business where you should expect the highest quality for your dollar. Their answers to everything are just so vague, they have no respect for the players. I could bet that we won't get a straight answer out of devs and they won't respond to these threads that aim to hold them accountable for their screw ups. Like for example in PvP why did it take them so long to fix doors? Why are inboxes and guild banks still broken? Not the whole community? No only PvPers, not PvEers.

Stop kissing the ass of people who will release new content without fixing whats broken first. No respect for their customers

It's not ass kissing. People have just given you the facts that you seem to have somehow avoided since eso live before Christmas. People were correcting your ignorance, not protecting zos. Read their posts again, nobody has their back.

Although, I will defend ZOS. This was never advertised as small scale. It's a 3 alliance, continental war. Big battles. It was never sold as any other type of pvp.

After a while, they've listened to feedback and adding duels and small scale in. Is it going to take a while? Yes. The main reason for that is class balance.

They need to sort that before they do anything. Battlegrounds won't be fun until they sort it. It will also go someway to making Cyrodiil a lot more fun as well. This is where zos really do fall behind.

1/The majority of PvPers you talk to don't necessarily make the majority of PvPers, and even less the majority of players. Admittedly many PvPers would welcome a PvP arena. Some remain polite about it, others feel entitled to it and rant.
2/ They made ESO because they thought implementing an MMO in the universe of a well-known and very successful franchise would be a good investment. However, many if not the vast majority of TES players and fans loathed the idea, even Todd Howard hated the idea of the game with thousands of "unique heroes". Many players considered The Elder Scrolls franchise as the "ultimate fortress of offline gaming". Many players, however, felt lonely playing Skyrim and fancied the idea of "Skyrim with friends". So the reality of things is, many people did not want a TES MMO, others were wishing for a "TES coop game", but very few wished for an MMO version of a TES game, let alone including PvP. You can see also on these forums that hardcore fan/players of ESO are MMO players, not original TES fans (even though sometimes both). TES fans tend to play the solo part of the game and then move on.
To sum it up, your assessment that "people wanted a multiplayer TES game with PvP" is wrong.
As to the "Grow a brain mate" part, apart from being unnecessarily very rude, I don't see how it supports your side of the argumentation.
3/ Yes, we have enough brain to figure that out.

We need a PvP arena. The whole community has been asking for it since almost day 1. You continue to add more content, overlooking PvP issues. We ask for something like this arena, something you could put in a dlc even and charge us crowns to buy it and people will. Why do you refuse to give us a PvP arena? It is time we get a straight answer. I'm going to post a thread every week about this until the developers address this on both my most recent PvP arena thread and eso live. We paid for this game and so we deserve answers.

First of all, you deserve nothing on this particular matter...you ask for arena since day 1 and yet they officialy stated since prebeta that PvP in this game will be massively scaled...in other words, LET THERE BE CYRODIIL!!!

Secondly, you are aware that you play THE most unbalanced PvP game ever created even in AvA terms right??? And you keep asking persistently to have small scale PvP... I f I didnt know any better I would say that you work for blizzard and want this game to stop existing once and for all.

Proposal: Stop asking things that will only damage the game and make yourself usefull by asking changes in the already implemented AvA PvP you got untill it gets better and more balanced. After the whole thing is fixed and classes can be proudly advertised as balanced, THEN and only then you can start dreaming about arena or 1v1 or whatever you have in mind as small scale PvP.

No it isn't. I'd rather they spent time on keeping the game running for the full term and keeping it fun and exciting than answering troll posts on here. If they came back and said leave or put up for the time being I'd be happy with that.

So? We're the biggest part of the community, the ones paying to keep the servers up on the game you play, if you didn't know that already. The OP didn't mention the PvP community, but the community as a whole, which is plain false, and I'm just pointing that out. :)

PvEers are the biggest part of the community are they? Who are the biggest names in ESO in terms of players? Sypher, LeftyLucy and KingRichard, all 3 of whom are PvPers. They would have brought more people to ESO than any other content creator I would wager. The biggest name in PvE, Deltia, also PvP's a lot too and makes PvP videos nearly as much as PvE videos. Your point is debunked

Do you even watch the eso live stream? Brian Wheeler already announced a PvP arena is in the works. They obviously need to rebalance classes first before they roll it out; or it would just be a Nightblade vs. Sorcerer arena.

What's your criteria for defining "biggest names" ? Because it looks like you're confused with "famous streamers" which is an entirely different thing.
Obviously PvP streamers / youtubers can "produce" more content because PvP encounters are always a little bit different whereas PvE encounters are always the same (only thing that can vary is the approach to them). It's just pure logic that PvP streamers are "more famous" than PvE streamers, but it's due to the nature of the content, not the quality nor the fame of the streamers. Which in turn has little to do with "big names" in the game ...

I was going to post something along these lines but I couldn't word it properly and it would have been a waste of my time to do so seeing as how the OP has ignored the fact ZOS already gave an answer.

How does having a few streamers make PvPers the biggest population? That means you got a few people doing videos with PvP in it, not any indication at all of how many people PvP. And with how much Zenimax spends on PvE content, I'd say that it's a good guess on the PvP-PvE ratio.
