Its a joke. The same joke as "Im quitting game" If someone really would ever quit this game, he would not have problem to give his stuff to everybody (If it has anything

The best jokers are people who "left game" for a month and later on cry that eso need to remove vet levels and CP, because they cant catch other players anymore.

I actually have quit, but im saving my items why should I throw away my investment when I can give it to friends to try endgame or simply sell the full account. Again don't always assume also the joke wasn't funny I still feel kind of bad for quitting but the game lost what i liked about it and I wrote that in another thread so don't need to talk about it here.

Aside from this being an old thread...another thing buffing weapon/spell damage is groupfinder. If you group using groupfiner, pretty sure you get some nice buffs. Wouldn't be able to say exact numbers though. If that guy was in Spindle he might've grouped using it I suppose.

How many CP's do you both have and are they placed in identical constellations?

Probably find that he has more CP than you and differently spread across constellations,

Gear is the only thing in the game effecting wep damage CP does not.

Does this not increase your weapon Damage?
Mighty Increases your physical damage by (0-25%)
