Patch 2.2.9 issues
Finally got past the 206 error message and the 209. Why is there a 209 error every single time there is an update?
Now this is the problem... When I get into the game - half the buildings, lamp posts, crates etc don't load. I'm walking around a city with half the walls missing!
When I go inside a building it looks like I'm outside with walls gone. It's very disorientating. Tried a couple of zones - Coldharbour, Wrothgar. I can't play like this. Exited and tried a few hours later hoping the problem would have solved itself - but it hasn't.

Wow that sucks!
I am having to do a complete re-install and from what I've read THAT may not even fix the issue.
Was this patch really necessary????? Game was running fine and looking awesome before it.0 -

✭✭Took me about 2 hours to finally log in after patching and getting 209. Tried closing and reopening launcher, repairing, restarting comp, and a couple other things I can't remember. Finally, I tried running the .exe as admin and for some reason it worked, even though when I open the launcher, it still tries to re-download the patch. Frustrating, to say the least.2013

I just hope they don't decide to patch the patch!!!! Then we can all sit around for a couple MORE days.0

prbakerSoul Shrivenyesterday i was having a problem with books and papers not showing up. The glow readables give off was the only way i was able to tell they were there. Then if i moved my cursor over it it looks like i pushed a stack over and it fanned. It was entertaining for a while. Also loading screens took extra long.
I don't know if invisible mobs in City of Ash had anything to do with the patch but that was interesting.
