Enigmatic✭✭✭I have this same issue. I logged it with ZOS and they told me to uninstall the game and reinstall. They also suggest clearing blu ray cache.
I've done both and see no difference whatsoever. Game consistently crashes in Wrothgar and does so for others as well.
Can only hope this issue is addressed in maintenance.0 -
