Wont let me log into game, says my login information is incorrect.

Cant seem to figure out how to make a ticket or anything like that so I'll try here. I am just returning to ESO and it is saying that my login information is incorrect when I try to get into the game. I can log into my account via website and I can log into the forums (obviously) but it will not let me get into the game. I tried clearing ESO save data from my computer, but that did not work. Even if someone could point me in the right direction of getting help from customer service or a dev that would be fantastic! Thank you.

    I think you can change the game's password at the Support Link here at the forums, poke around in there and see.

    The Support link is up on the bar at the top of the forums.

    Just to make sure, do you have any special characters in your account name? I think there was an issue with those.

    When I looked at my account it says "active-trial" so I assumed I would have access to the game with limitations. Aparently the problem I am having is that it isn't finding a game license when I go to log in. I don't know what an active trial account can do. I've made a ticket and have been waiting almost 24 hours for a response to the ticket. If anyone else can help clarify what "active-trial" let's me do that would be great.

    I have a regular account but I was having the same issue after today's patch. It eventually did work, though and I don't know if that's just due to time passing or if it's because I logged onto my account on the website and accepted a bunch of new user agreements. I don't know if my issue is the same as yours but figured I'd post anyway.
