For me its DB, no brainer their. I can live with not having a ton of damage as long as I'm not stuck using Blessing of Restoration.

The ability is lacking but not as much as the others, 80% of people would not even use igneous if it didn't give a heal buff, just because healing ward would be better. But yes the shield needs to be looked at, it needs to scale off magicka not health like it does now, that's the only buff required to it, my opinion though.

Changing leap to magic damage would prolly be a little OP tbh and lead to nerfs... not to mention it would take away the one unique thing about stamknights.

GDB is definitely the skill hurting the most atm, though getting a magicka gap closer is a strong second place.

Mag Gap Closer

Personally I'd like to see a Destructo Staff gap close ability, could easily fix the issues with templars having a lousy gap closer and magicka DKs not having one at all

That's true but magicka still needs help with damage and this would be a start for DKs

Hmmm... I do perfectly fine damage... I lose/draw many fights because of low DPS.... the biggest issue with magicka DK is that the class is intended as a front liner which leads to S&B, but the nerf to blocking gimped that melee caster type to a certain extent... .there are options for damage depending on your CP level. At 450+ you can invest in Thaum & Ele' Expert which opens the door for really strong Proxy/bats or even Dawnbreaker while maintaining good damage with your whips.

I seriously don't know why I keep it on my bar, if I use it more than twice in a play session its because my bar swap failed and I pressed it by accident.

Or how about everything. Not one at a time but everything seeing how ZOS only does class balancing at major updates . Gives them pleanty of time to work on everything and to also buff up Templars.

Imo resto breaks the build if you're running a tanky spec magicka DK since you need that S&B coverage on both bars to stay alive in the worst situations..

Since some of the BiS sets for tanky magicka DK are stam centric (Bloodspawn, Reactive) and you have to roll semi hybrid anyway, Vigor is actually almost (but not quite?) viable..

Either way this situation exists because BD is so rubbish!

Magicka DK in PvP is pretty nice if you build it right to your experience/playstyle, although a boost to DB wouldn't be refused.

dragon blood is a big one, but really DK desperately needs survivability mechanics back. They kept on nerfing them ever since launch, and the no stam regen while blocking was the final nail in the coffin. The class is based on outlasting people, but when you take away much of the ability to outlast without compensating the class for it, you get today's DK state.

Dragons Blood is the most obvious. Some number tweaking and we're good to go. I hate using a resto staff gimping my potential damage output. Igneous shield could use some love too, not too much, but just the right amount

. AND PLEASE FIX THE GOD DAM CHAINS ERROR. An enemy standing on a FREAKING PEBBLE should not be too High for me to chain...

Dragons blood for starters. Then either increase the damage over time for our stamina flame attacks or increase the heals for magica. Finally as class intended for tanking we need a real shield, but personally I want a Stam whip with out the healing, healing should stay on magica.
