Need help making a higher sustain sorc dps build

Hi there im currently running an all out spell power machine , 3.8k spell power with only 800 recovery , i want to be at about 3k spell power 2k recovery - is this possible and what sets should i use?

5 Julianos, 2 Turog Pact, and 1 piece Kena with your jewelry enchanted to Magicka recovery should do the trick. Assuming you are a high elf with a good amount of points into Anarchist.
Or if you can get it maelstrom staff and whatever extra monster set you want, Bloodspawn is a nice 1 piece bonus.

horrible suggestion jewelery is either cost reduction or dmg but never put regen on it as both other options are significanlty stronger than regen.

to the OP
3.8k+0.8k = 4.6k in stat total
3k+2k =5k so you will not achieve that goal...

the best i could suggest you would be : 5x kagrenacs + 3x archmage + 3x willpower (all spelldmg enchanted) that way you should get ~1.3k regen with a reg drink you are at your aimed 2k reg value. and at ~2,6k spelldmg

i think you will be hard pressed to get more than 2.8k SP.D and 1.8k mag. recov. Archmage is a nice 3 piece to assist. I'd probably have go 4 piece magnus + 1kena over kragernacs. its only 34 Spell damage difference but depends on your preference.

be prepared to swap some mundus and enchants around.

4 piece Magnus(1 weapon)
+ 967 max magicka
+ 129 recovery
+ 129 Spell Damage

3 piece ArchMage
+ 129 recovery
+ 129 spell damage

1 Piece molag kena
+ 129 Spell Power

Will Power
+ 911 max magicka
+ 121 Spell Damage
