Soul Gems Not Working in Orsinium

Just started the Orsinium DLC, and myself and a friend aren't able to use our soul gems? Only my Crown Gems were working, and we both have Greater and Grand soul gems in our inventories. This happening to anyone else? I used up all but one of my Crown Gem pack by accident because of this.

TheMonsterDogSoul ShrivenLevels 47 and 48, and yep, have been using these gems just fine before. Was on a quest from the quest broker, if that would make any difference.0

✭✭✭✭✭Perhaps the battle leveling requires you to use Grand Soul gems now. Try one of those.
Probably a bug if it does.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭I had problems with gems until someone explained I needed several kinds.I needed to have gems for the levels of my weapons,my chars level,and for the enemies levels in Orsinium. Like if you are L35,but your weapons are at 20,and your in Orsinium,you need three levels of gems.Man,it's confusing a bit!0 -

I have used underleveled Soul Gems on weapons to recharge them, it just takes more than one, like a lot more than one. I also thought if you had a soul gem at or higher in level than the player, you could resurrect them (in other words a Grand Soul Gem filled can resurrect any player). The tool tip alludes to this sort of.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
