Undaunted sets with bad traits worth using?

I've seen people linking their Undaunted sets and a lot of the time they seem to be using helms and shoulders with bad traits for PvE (well-fitted and impenetrable, for instance).

My question is are helms with bad traits worth using if your current helm is divines/infused, from a DPS standpoint? With Nerien'eth's helm for example, would the lich crystal procs make up for the loss of a divines slot in my current helm? I've got Nerien'eth's helm with well-fitted, and the shoulders with divines, for the record.

I'm currently running 5x Julianos, 3x Willpower and 3-4x Torug's Pact. Nerien'eth's set would result in 1x Torug's Pact on my staff bar (so no bonuses), and cut me down to 2x Torug's Pact on my dual wield bar. I'm a magicka sorc. Running divines on all armor pieces except chest and legs, which are infused. Mundus stone is the Thief. Thanks in advance!

They are worth using until you get a helm with a better trait.

Nerien'eth gives you a chance at a free 9-10K small AOE. So yeah, it's worth it it can be very useful and even with bad traits can boost your DPS.

but don't settle. The farm is real.
