And on a related note, please up the radius on talons. I have used them three times up here while standing on top of him(on my screen), and it never hit. Thank you.

I agree with this thread. I would leave inner light alone since it is the PvE morph and I think PvE rotations benefit from not having to cast it, but radiant magelight is clearly the pvp morph. In PvP skill slots are vital, so we need the skill to only take up one slot. Just make it give +crit, +stealth detection, reduced stealth damage for 25 seconds.

Just change toggles to 10 min and use the same method that grim focus uses to change the skill to a deactivate skill and vice versa problem solved
