toolbar or dw bug/nerf?

So basically i had 2 purple v15 armor of seducer daggers. Then i made 2 purple v16 armor of seducer dagger. And my weapon attack got decreased by around 100. No skills were changed or anything like that. The weapons in themselves got their boost, but on my character section the attack is lower.

Today my friend upgraded his v16 axes(2 at dual wielding), no skills or champion changes. Anyways he upgraded them from purple to gold, and his attack got lowered by 150 on the character section.

So i am curious if this is a tooltip bug? A nerf? Has anyone else had the same problem?

The UI is bugged, spell power, DW buff and sets are all over the place. ZOS don't even acknowledge it I don't think but it's been brought up all over the forum.

A few have gone and tested for damage increase and all checks in OK. Strictly UI not displaying properly.

This happen's a lot with the new ic jewelry set's. A lot of people don't know there is a bug where if you wear 3 weapon's of the new jewelry set's.. you actually get the 3 set bonus, even though you only have 1 or 2 piece's equipped at one time. This is why there is a lot of confusion when player's try to use a combination of weapon's and jewelry and see no change in the character sheet's. When in reality if you are wearing 3 weapon's of one of these set's you already are getting the bonuses.

There is also UI bug's though that are like your situation and make it seem like you do less damage as well.

This game is bug central. People exploit what they can to get advantage's even though it may be "not working as intended". Zos really need's to focus on bug's and balance before trying to release more content.
