A concern about trophies and level-scaling

I'd like to adress a topic that has become increasingly worrying to me since I started the veteran content.

I am a very slow player, and quite much a completionnist. I don't like grinding, neither for loot nor for XP, so I only do questing, and in so doing, I already reached the Rank 4 of veteran while I haven't even finished Auridia (maybe because I am an ESO Plus member?). I noticed that the bigger the difference between my level and the creatures I defeat, the less likely I am to get any significant loot from them. What worries me is that I could fail to get any of the collectible trophies from them. Likewise, I am at risk not getting any of the unique drops of the Dungeon bosses. :'(

Therefore, I am wondering whether it'd be possible to scale some single-player content to the player level, ensuring enough diversity in the high-level creatures for all the trophies to remain accessible for all players? One could also think about allowing players to chose to enter in a level-scaled version of the dungeons they have already completed.

Furthermore, to my current knowledge (I might be wrong as I haven't tried it yet - I am slow as I said, and don't have much time to play outside weekends and holidays), the new creatrures added in updates and DLCs don't have their own trophies. What about adding some new trophies for them?

Unless you're playing covenant, which it sounds like you are, it's entirely possible to lock out the trophies as you advance. Enemies that are more than five levels below you will not drop anything (or award XP), so it's impossible to pull trophy drops off them.

Now, once you hit Vet1, your level is permanently considered 50. But, if you need a drop off, say, a nix hound, as a pact player then you're never going to find that. The jackal trophy used to be missable for Covenant, but then jackals were added to Craglorn.

XP scales related to your Vet Rank vs the enemy's VR. Drops are automatically locked at that enemy's level. Also, your vet rank will not affect drop probability.

Quick Caveat, I haven't gone trophy hunting since September, so they may have changed some of these mechanics in the last 4 months, but I doubt it.
